Oh look- more book reviews. Are we surprised? I have read some great (and not so great) books across different genres- romance, action, memoirs, and give my thoughts.

Lately I've been curious why I feel younger than my actual age. So in usual Hannah fashion... I made a podcast episode about it. There was some really interesting info on this topic that I share in the episode, hope you enjoy! Maddie and Kenna are back to chat about tattoos (don’t try jailhouse ones at home kids) our favorite music as of late, and red/green flag apps. Per usual, we go off the agenda but its a fun one (also per usual!)
In this week's episode, I explore why I know so much more about celebrities and influencers vs people who making strides in technology or science endeavors. This was more of a self-reflection than anything, and I want to increase my knowledge of what's going on in the world besides the Kardashians (I know- we're aiming for character development) Article mentioned: https://www.psychologs.com/the-psychology-behind-celebrity-obsession/ Follow the podcast on Instagram: @hanshappeningspod...
The word "basic" gets thrown around to describe people more often than I'd like. I genuinely enjoy my fair share of basic things, such as my trusty Stanley, my iced coffee, and matching activewear sets- but have often found myself wondering.. "Am i turning into a basic white girl?". In this episode, I share some thoughts on this topic and why I'm embracing it. Follow the podcast on Instagram: @hanshappeningspod
My former roommates, Sadie and Emma, and I tell share some funny stories from our college years. I'm so glad to have 4+ years of memories with these sweet friends <3 Thanks for listening! Follow the podcast on Instagram: @hanshappeningspod

I was watching some home videos the other day and it had be thinking a lot about my childhood. When I was thinking about that, a few things came to mind that I wish I had appreciated when I was younger. While I can't go back in the past and change how I thought about these things, it was good to reflect on and see how my mindset has changed on these.

A new guest on the pod! My pal Meagan and I chat about overthinking, our thoughts on the "zillennial" generation (its a thing look it up) and about mental health. Megan and I are both overthinkers that are still working on *not* doing that, but we hash out why we overthink, what it stems from and how to help overcome it.
We’re going back to where it all started! Listen in on what I’ve learned in 2023!
You guessed it- Sophie (my unofficial co-host at this point really) is back to chat all things online dating. For two girls with not a ton of experience with this, we do have opinions- but also this is pretty on brand for us and also a fun listen! For all the single girlies out there- this is for you. And if you happen to be 29.4% of male listeners on this podcast, maybe some unsolicited advice from a real live girl will be a win win scenario for both parties. Why do we idolize people? Why are we so ready to dismiss other people's behavior and put them on a pedestal- especially celebrities? If you can't tell by the title, I'm not one to simp (someone idolizing mediocre people) and in this episode I explain why.
In this episode, I dive into some signs it might be time to let someone go as a friend. Distancing yourself from people that don't serve you can be really hard- but ultimately, the people you surround yourself with should lift you up, not tear you down.
