Tmuexposed dot com is a website I'd never heard of before. I've never signed up on their email so one of you guys probably signed me up on their email list after seeing my last Team U videos. Hint, I have a third video upcoming. If you watched both of those, I wasn't really clear in the first one, but I

was very clear in the second one. I don't have the Team you app installed on my regular device. I have two or three extra Android tablets. I have an extra I have an iPad. Now that I use for ham radio stuff. It doesn't have any of my personal info on it. I have my old Samsung Galaxy smartphone and I put Temu on one of my Android tablets to just kind of poke around it and see what the app was doing. But I have not installed that app on any of my main devices with all of

my info. So even though you can get discount codes and a coupon of one hundred dollars off with my last team you videos that I did, I don't suggest installing it on your main mobile device now, Jason, why do you make videos for this obviously hacking software? Well number one two reasons. Number one, I'm gonna get to the I'm gonna get to the story here in just a minute. I didn't know for sure they were a hacking enterprise. I mean it makes sense that they are.

TikTok has gotten blamed about some of the same stuff, Okay, I mean, you know, you hear rumors all the time, and yeah, it kind of makes sense that Timu is gathering data and using it nefariously. But we hear stories about Facebook, Amazon, YouTube, Google doing all this same stuff as well. These USA based companies Facebook and Google or USA based companies. Twitter was doing something like that before Elon Musk got a hold of it. Some of you may not like Elon Musk. I kind of think he's

fun to listen to. So it's not like TEAMU is the only app out there that's trying to do this. Now. TEAMU is owned by China, and maybe it's a little bit more detrimental and nefarious than Facebook would be. But I mean, nobody should be gathering your data. I don't really care what the purpose is. Your data is your data, my dad is my data. Nobody shoul should be using it in a manner that is unbeknownst to us. So that's my stance on that. So this is an email

I got. I actually got this email twice. I don't know why I got it twice. I got it the first day and then like three or four days later at the same email showed up again. But it comes from press at temyuexposed dot com. If you go to teamuexposed dot com, there's really not much on this website at all. You click on Team US ties to the Chinese Commedis Party make it a serious threat to America and our leaders must protect us. Now join the movement

and you click here and it opens their Twitter page. Okay, team you exposed. Looks like they got about two thousand followers. Cool, Okay, you know what, I'm gonna follow them. Why not because I'm interested to hear what they might have to say. I might not agree with everything they have to say, but maybe I will. Maybe I will agree with everything they have to say. But here's the article from the

Dallas Morning News. Now, if I click on this Dallas Morning News article, Dallas Morning News is our main newspaper in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We have the Dallas Morning News for Dallas. We have the Fort Worth Star Telegram for fort Worth. There used to be a long long time ago there usuld be another one called the Dallas Times Herald, but they're long gone. I'm gonna read this article from this email, but I will link you this this art, this Dallas News article, you guys can go read it yourself. If somebody has already subscribed. There a recent op ed in the Dallas Warning News by the national security expert Michael Lucci likens tm U two quote a trojan horse end quote that the Chinese Communist Party CCP utilizes to

collect Americans personal and private data. Lucci warns that Team Use, fifty million monthly users in the United States are unknowingly participating in a long term, comprehensive strategy that China has been implementing in the United States for the better part of the last decade to gain access to our data. You know. Also, I want to let you know that the sky is blue. I mean, you know, this is not news. Okay, This is not a big surprise that China wants to do this, Okay, and we should be

aware of it. I'm not trying trying to blow this off or shrug it off for saying a big deal. Nobody cares. I'm just saying that Team U is not the only one guilty of collecting data and using it for possible malintent if this article is true, if you know allegedly, okay, TMU is not the only one who allegedly collects data and uses it for nefarious intent in

my opinion. Okay, so we'll talk more about that. Later, Lucci lays out a detailed plan on how Texas should deal with Team use predatory business model, calling on Governor Greg Abbott, he's our governor right now to add temut to a list of companies prohibited from operating on state devices, so that he doesn't want them operating on like government officials,

Texas senators, state mobile devices, and whatnot. So you can't have Team you installed on your company device, your state device, if your senator, member of the government, a member of the state government, et cetera, et cetera. Lucci even goes as far to say that the app should be banned as broadly as possible in any interaction with Texas government,

which this scurity plan allows. Additionally, Luci writes that the lone Star state must make it unequivocally clear that China will be met with the full force of the Texas government. Watch out. Texans know how to quickly and decisively recognized and eliminate threats, Lucci notes, with a crystal clear Chinese threat in our state, it's time to act. stop TEAMU, a Chinese app. So these are excerpts from the article that I can't get to because it's behind a paywall, and this is kind of long. I don't know if I should read this whole thing to you or not. I'm just gonna read part of it to you, I think, okay. As we enter into a new era of cyber warfare and espionage, the Chinese Communist Party is America's most comprehensive foreign threat. The party views digital applications as espionage tools to seize as much American data as

possible for Beijing's use. Unbeknownst too many Texans, Tmu, the Chinese e commerce giant that has spent billions of dollars marketing to Americans as part of President z Jinping's arsenal of such tools. While Timu is not ex delicitly mentioned in China's twenty seventeen National Intelligence Law as a company based in the People's Republic of China, Temu and its parent company are subject to the law's requirement to turnover

consumers data to the Chinese government. So it's a Chinese government law that these companies, these privately owned if there is such a thing companies in China have to turn over certain data to the Chinese government. Interesting, according to this that's what this article is saying. Not sure how true that is, but that's what the article is saying.

As outlined is a Department of Homeland Security report. A PRC intelligence agency may request that any PRC firm or entity secretly share access to a US business or individual's data or otherwise face penalties. TMU is part of a long term, comprehensive strategy that China has been implementing in the United States for better part of the last decade, using social media, advertising and e commerce platforms to gain access to our data. our homeschools, military's bases, and hospitals. And that's just the beginning. So why am I talking about Team You on a ham radio channel. Well, I have done two videos. Team You sent me a bag full of stuff. Actually what they did, here's how it worked. Okay. As a YouTuber with a fairly large channel, I get emails from people all the time asking me, Hey, do you want to do a video about this. Just this morning I got an email about a company selling mattresses for your home.

Not ourv mattresses, but just mattresses for your home, and another company selling furniture covers for like couches and chairs. I just deleted those. What the heck does any of that have to do with two A radio? And the answer is nothing. So I get these emails periodically about this, that and the other. Well team you emailed me maybe I don't know, six eight nine months ago something like that. They emailed me and they said, hey, here's one hundred

and fifty dollars coupon. Go to our website. And I just went on the website on my computer, not on the app. Go to the website. Pick out these items one up to one hundred and fifty dollars worth. We'll send them to you and then we want you to make a video on them. And I'm like, well, okay, and let me tell you something. Okay before you go judge me too harshly. Okay, both of those videos got lots of watch time. So that tells me that the majority of you guys want to see that type of video.

I don't know. I got a load of really, I got several bad comments on the first one saying Nope, if you're gonna promote to me, I'm unsubscribing. Well, okay, all right, So I might have lost half dozen, maybe ten subscribers, and then I gained twelve to fifteen thousand views on that first video. I don't know what it's sitting at right now, but it's more than that. If you guys didn't want to watch this, then you wouldn't

be watching it. And then on the second video, and then they liked the video, so they sent me another coupon one hundred and fifty dollars worth of more stuff. Good, send that to me, let me pick it out. They shipped it to me. They're like, good, I've got a third bag sitting right here that was just about to make a video on when I found this this email.

But in the second video, I said, you know, don't install that, cause the thing that team you wanted me to ask you my audience, was to install their app and use a coupon code where you could get one hundred dollars off of a purchase. I think you have to purchase like one hundred and fifty or two hundred dollars worth of stuff and you can use my coupon code. That doesn't get me anything, but it gets you one hundred dollars off of your purchase, but you have to

do it through the app. And I told him, I was like, I don't think most people are gonna want to install this app because it was kind of iffy already. I already knew it was kind of iffy long before I found this article. And you know, you read stuff on social media. Some of it's true, some of it's not, but whatever. And they're like, well, the deal is you

have to install the app to get the coupon. I'm like, well, okay, and I just said that, like, hey, take an old phone that doesn't have any of your data on it, install the app, put it on your Wi Fi, use the coupon, remove the app whatever. I don't know, but a lot of you came along and watch that video because they have cheap stuff, because they have Boo Fang products, because they got cheap Chinese radios and cheap Chinese bags and solar charge controllers and solar panels and all kinds

of goody goody stuff. And I'm guilty of this as well. But I'm like, oh, hey, that's a good price. Let's go and pick that up. I don't care if I have to install this app to do it. That's kind of how it works. But this article caught my attention because it's specifically about Texas standing up to Team You. So we've been here in for I don't know a couple of years now that TikTok was gonna get banned, and to a certain extent. It got banned to a

certain extent, but I can still get it. I don't they didn't completely ban it one hundred percent, but I guess Team You is kind of like the Amazon of China, where TikTok is the YouTube of China, and both of them collect your data information and might use it for ill intent to you in the future. Someone that will not use your data for ill intent in the future

principles will be under direct attack in America. In light of that, it's imperative there'd be a good there'd be a voice for conservative principles that sustains free market ideals, focusing on and bollstering America's global competitiveness, global competitiveness across

the country. So a little bit political there. I just wanted to read you this team you exposed people and wanted to kind of give you an insight about what they were about and what they stood for and how they came about because I'd never actually heard of them before. I just got this email random one day. I guess they're mostly on Twitter and they've only got about two

thousand subscribers at the time of this recording. But I just followed them myself, so I'll be watching them and seeing what kind of new newsworthy information and they might come up with in the future. So, as I said in my last Teamy video, and I feel obligated to go ahead and record this third video because they've already sent me the stuff. If a company sends me something, unless it's just total crap, if a company sends me something, I like to make a video about it. So I'm

gonna make a video about it. They'll probably be my last one, and I will say in the video, Look, don't install the Team app on your normal everyday device. If you want to install the app and use the coupon, take a device most of you have. Most of us have an older Android tablet or phone or an older iPhone that you don't have your data on anymore. Make sure you uninstall all your apps, Facebook, YouTube, Google, whatever your Apple stuff would an iCloud, whatever you guys use

up there. Make sure that you don't have any data that you don't want shared installed, and then go get the app, use it for a little bit, get a discount, and then uninstall it or whatever. Okay, and then we'll wipe the phone factory, reset the phone, or just don't use it. Just don't use it. A lot of you are using it. I assume a lot of you are using it once again, because of all the views I've had on the last two videos, and I assume this third video is going to get a lot of views also.

So I want to give my audience what they want. I want to talk about things that you want to hear about, and when you watch I talked about this in my bail fang versus IC seven oh five in a video talking about those two things a while back. If I get a lot if I put up a video about insert subject here, I don't care what it is, and five hundred people watch it, and then I put up another video about another subject here, whatever it is, and fifty thousand people watch it. Obviously you want to

watch the one with the fifty thousand views. So a lot of you are watching the team video videos, and I'm gonna do one more, and that's probably gonna be all I do.
