Stetsasonic was an American hip-hop group formed in 1981 in Brooklyn, New York City. They are considered one of the pioneering groups in hip hop, known for their innovative use of live instrumentation and blending of various musical genres. The group's members included Daddy-O, MC Delite, Prince Paul, Wise, DBC (The Devastating Beat Creator), and Fruitkwan. Stetsasonic released several albums throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, including "On Fire" (1986), "In Full Gear" (1988), and "Blood, Sweat & No Tears" (1991).
