Can't afford a therapist

There are two types of posts relating to mental health that I popularly find on social medias. A.) "Mental illness is just as any other kind of illness and we should be open to talking about it." B.) "I am here to listen to you, I care." Okay I get it we need to start progressing from somewhere, but can we move ahead please? How about we share more opinions on what can be done to make Mental Health services more accessible to people who really need it? 

Also, if there are any mental health experts listening to this - can you diagnose me ? lol. I need to know if I am depressed. haha..
