Symbiosis

This week the Enterprise crew stumbles upon a freighter suffering critical malfunctions and quickly steps in to save the day. Upon safely transporting the freighter's crew, cargo and passengers onboard, Captain Picard finds himself, and his crew, in the middle of a moral dilemma. The guests are from two neighboring planets one, who's population suffers from plague and the other who's population are seemingly thriving. However, the medicine needed to combat the plague is only found on one of these planets and there is where the moral struggle lies. Will the Picard be able to set things rights for both parties? Will Dr Crusher be able to convince the Captain of the truth? Will Tasha step up to explain the nature of addiction? All these questions and more will be answered in this week's episode of Hailing Frequencies Open.
