Arsenal of Freedom

This week we find the crew of the Enterprise on a rescue mission on the planet Minos. The USS Drake is missing near the planet, which was previously inhabited by renowned arms dealers. The mission goes sideways as the away team is attacked, Riker trapped and their rescuers, Picard and Dr Crusher, fall down a hole in the ground. Meanwhile, on the Enterprise, LaForge is doing his best while trying to keep the crew focused and the Enterprise from being blown out of space. Can the crew figure out and stop what's attacking them before it succeeds in killing them? Will they succeed in getting everyone off the planet safely? Will they ultimately have to purchase weapons in order to stop the attack? How will LaForge survive as Captain? All these questions and more will be answered on this week's episode of Hailing Frequencies Open.
