I went to a workshop yesterday and one of the speakers shared on relationships, what makes one unhealthy and one healthy? I remember being in a relationship and constantly being upset by something the other person said or vice verse. It was like a constant play out of apologising and consoling the other by something the other one said. UNHEALTHY. Let’s talk about what healthy relationships look like and how you can see if you’re in an unhealthy one.
