Every day people all around Australia access mental health support. It might be in person, over the phone, or, increasingly, online. 

So who actually runs these online mental health services? And how reliable are they? 

This is the second part of hack's investigation into psychology fraud - following the "astonishing" case of a woman who had stolen the identity of psychologists and held fake "sessions" online.
