This episode features Esther Ledesma, Global Portfolio Manager at Medtronics. Esther has held several engineering and marketing roles across the US for various Fortune 500 companies. She is a twice published author with her participation on both “Green Card STEM Voices: Stories from Minnesota immigrants”, and as part of the Anthology “Hispanic Stars Rising: The New Face of Power.” Originally from the Dominican Republic, Esther is an active advocate for education, diversity, and equity in her community.
