[SPEAKER_00]: Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, and as you do, remember, the creator of the universe longs to spend time with you. [SPEAKER_00]: He wants to meet you right where you are today. [SPEAKER_00]: and fill you with his peace, presence, strength, and perfect love. [SPEAKER_00]: Open your heart and make space to listen and receive all he lungs to give you today. [SPEAKER_00]: You have said, seek my face. [SPEAKER_00]: My heart says to you, your face, Lord, do I seek?

[SPEAKER_00]: Psalm 27 verse 8. [SPEAKER_00]: Father, thank you for this moment to be still with you. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for inviting me into your presence, and drawing me close by your spirit. [SPEAKER_00]: You are the creator of the universe. [SPEAKER_00]: Yet you long to have a personal relationship with me. [SPEAKER_00]: Today, right now, I turn my attention and my heart fully to you. [SPEAKER_00]: I offer you my time, I lay aside distractions and the pressures of the day.

[SPEAKER_00]: I set this moment apart to be with you and I trust you will use it to transform me. [SPEAKER_00]: As you rest here in science, tell God in your own words what you are offering him right [SPEAKER_00]: or something specific that's been on your mind. [SPEAKER_00]: I worship you, Lord Jesus. [SPEAKER_00]: You are worthy of my highest praise. [SPEAKER_00]: Not just because of what you give me, but because of who you are. [SPEAKER_00]: Holy, loving, merciful, and good.

[SPEAKER_00]: Starm my heart with gratitude, Father, and shift my focus from myself to you. [SPEAKER_00]: Now take a moment to praise God personally. [SPEAKER_00]: Tell him something specific, you're grateful for. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe a blessing in your life. [SPEAKER_00]: A way he has been faithful. [SPEAKER_00]: or simply who he is to you today. [SPEAKER_00]: I come to you in prayer, not with empty words, I put my whole heart.

[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus, you promised, in John chapter 14, but whatever I ask in your name, you will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. [SPEAKER_00]: So I bring before you the desires of my heart, trusting that you hear me, and will answer in your perfect way. [SPEAKER_00]: Now take a moment to bring your heart's desires [SPEAKER_00]: Speak to him honestly about what you need, long for, or what ways on your mind today. [SPEAKER_00]: Holy Spirit.

[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for dwelling within me, and for being closer than anyone else could ever be. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for revealing your thoughts, love and will to me. [SPEAKER_00]: Help me walk in deeper awareness of our union, so that your peace and love guide every part of my life. [SPEAKER_00]: Think of one area of your life where you especially need the spirit's guidance or peace. [SPEAKER_00]: Invite him into that place now. [SPEAKER_00]: God, I thank you for your presence.

[SPEAKER_00]: Teach me to notice you. [SPEAKER_00]: Not only in this moment, [SPEAKER_00]: but throughout the rhythms of my day. [SPEAKER_00]: Recall a moment recently where you sensed God's nins, maybe in a conversation, creation, or an acquired thought. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for being present with you there. [SPEAKER_00]: Finally, Lord, I meditate on your word.

[SPEAKER_00]: In Psalm 1, verse 3, you promise that those who meditate on your truth will be like trees planted by streams of water, bearing fruit in season, never with them. [SPEAKER_00]: Root mean deeply in your word. [SPEAKER_00]: Let it shape my thoughts, my emotions, and my choices today. [SPEAKER_00]: Father, thank you for these building blocks. [SPEAKER_00]: Time with you, worship, devotion, prayer, communion, your presence, and meditation.

[SPEAKER_00]: Draw me back to them daily, so I can be continually transformed by all of them. [SPEAKER_00]: In Jesus' name, Amen.
