[SPEAKER_00]: and gently let it out, as you settle into this moment, allow the noise of the day to fade into the background. [SPEAKER_00]: You don't need to rush, you don't need to fix anything. [SPEAKER_00]: Right now, simply trust that God is near. [SPEAKER_00]: who knows your story, and who walks with you in every season is here with you. [SPEAKER_00]: The Lord is near to the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit, Psalm 34-18.
[SPEAKER_00]: The quiet just feels so heavy, because I feel deeply alone, long to share life with someone, to be known, to be chosen, and to walk alongside another heart in companionship and love. [SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes that longing aches more than I know how to explain. [SPEAKER_00]: Do you know how heavy the quiet can feel sometimes? [SPEAKER_00]: Help me to trust that you see this pain exactly as it is, and that you know what my heart needs today.
[SPEAKER_00]: Take a moment to notice where loneliness shows up for you most often. [SPEAKER_00]: Is it a tightness in your chest? [SPEAKER_00]: or the way you carry through your day. [SPEAKER_00]: Invite God into each of those places. [SPEAKER_00]: Lord, your word tells me that I am not alone. [SPEAKER_00]: Even when it feels that way. [SPEAKER_00]: You tell me not to fear, because you are with me, and to not be disheartened, because you will strengthen and help me.
[SPEAKER_00]: Father, help me now, as the weight of solitude presses in, draw me close, and let your presence meet me in the lonely places of my life. [SPEAKER_00]: Allow your heart to rest in the truth that God is with you right now. [SPEAKER_00]: Proverbs 1312 says, Hope deferred makes the heart sick. [SPEAKER_00]: But a desire fulfilled is a tree of life. [SPEAKER_00]: Father, you know how long I've been waiting.
[SPEAKER_00]: You know the prayers I whispered, and the hopes I've carried year after year. [SPEAKER_00]: Some days, the waiting feels exhausting, and disappointment settles in. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what I wonder how much strength I have left to keep hoping for something that seems so out of reach. [SPEAKER_00]: I confess that sometimes I grow weary, and I'm afraid to hope again. [SPEAKER_00]: fearful of being let down one more time.
[SPEAKER_00]: I bring you my fatigue, my discouragement, and the questions I don't have answers to. [SPEAKER_00]: Let yourself acknowledge the heaviness of waiting. [SPEAKER_00]: What hopes feel heavy today? [SPEAKER_00]: Lord, your word tells me that even in seasons of grief, you are compassionate and faithful. [SPEAKER_00]: So stain me when my hope feels fragile. [SPEAKER_00]: Teach me how to wait with you. [SPEAKER_00]: Not apart from you. [SPEAKER_00]: Help me trust that you are at work.
[SPEAKER_00]: Even when I can't see it. [SPEAKER_00]: Father, this isn't where I thought I'd be. [SPEAKER_00]: My life looks different than I expected, and at times, I feel left behind as others move forward. [SPEAKER_00]: I grieve the future, I imagine what already be here. [SPEAKER_00]: But right now, I release the timelines I've held so tightly, and give them to you. [SPEAKER_00]: I trust that you are not finished, that you are not late, and that this season is not empty or meaningless.
[SPEAKER_00]: Take a moment to surrender expectations, comparisons, or timelines that feel heavy, place them before God, and allow Him to carry them with you. [SPEAKER_00]: Lord, help me to trust your here. [SPEAKER_00]: Not just in the future I hope for, but in the present. [SPEAKER_00]: Teach me to rest in your faithfulness today. [SPEAKER_00]: Align my heart with yours. [SPEAKER_00]: And remind me that you are leading me forward gently and faithfully.
[SPEAKER_00]: rest for a moment in the truth that God is holding you, your loneliness, your waiting, and your future with care and love. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, Father, that you see me, hear me, and haven't forgotten me. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for walking with me in every season of my story. [SPEAKER_00]: I trust you with my heart. [SPEAKER_00]: I trust you with my future. [SPEAKER_00]: And today, I choose to rest in you in Jesus name, amen.
