Hi guys! Having my birthday come up this week is bringing me back in time remembering what I was doing one year go. I was relying on outside factors to define myself, seeking validation I failed to give myself and being deeply unhappy with where I was in life. This whole year was dedicated to becoming independent of outside factors and I'm glad to say I found a way to be self sufficient. To realize that I am always more than enough, that all I need is my own validation and attention and that all answers are waiting for me to grasp them as soon as I start to listen.
