EP. 64: learn to be selfish

Hi guysss! The moment you're going to hear this episode I'm going to be in Tenerife enjoying a week of holidayyy - nevertheless there's something important we need to address today: being selfish.

The negative connotation this trait has is because we're looking at it from a very exaggerated point of view. But being egoistic and standing up for yourself only has something to do with self love and self respect. All you need to do from now on is to ask yourself first if what others require of you is something you want to fulfill or something you'd rather not do. And the answer your intuition is going to give you is going to be the right answer. Learn to put yourself first because if everyone took care of themselves, everybody would be taken care of.
