Hi guys! Ahh self love. My favorite topic to talk about. In fact, without the foundation of it there would be nothing else I could be talking about in the first place. And without self love, this whole podcast wouldn't exist. The endless energy one gets out of loving themselves will enable them to move mountains. If you answer the question of who your favorite person in the whole world is with yourself - you won. You need to fill up your own cup before pouring into other's cups. Therefore, sleeping on yourself, neglecting your needs and overstepping your boundaries will lead you nowhere near a fulfilled life.
