EP. 18: is happiness truly what we're looking for?

Hey y'aaaall I'm so excited to announce that this is the very first episode that's been recorded from Rhodes, Greece! With this new chapter beginning in my life, I have been feeling an intensity of different feelings and thinking many confusing thoughts but the most important thing I keep philosophizing about is whether happiness, a fleeting emotion, truly is what will bring us fulfillment and joy in life. We've already learned that our feelings come and go and I don't see the logic behind believing that the most important thing to live for is an emotion that weighs not more or less than any other one.
