Here I am today feeling low on energy and wondering what today's episode should be about when I realized that this exact state of being is the inspiration itself for the lesson I am supposed to bring to you today. Feeling uninspired and not in the mood for anything is a sign from your body and mind that it needs a break. As easy at it seems it's not always easy to find time for yourself and taking breaks because we're not used to prioritize self care before performance and outside pressure.
