Today's guest on Guards of Eden is the fantastic & outright brilliant, Sophie Eggleton!

Sophie's work began as an interviewer in the music industry where she'd pair up her love for music and curiosity, something which now takes form in her podcast that she co-hosts in PLAY PAUSE REPEAT.

I love not only Sophie's energy and who she is as a person; she's also someone who I greatly appreciate hearing from with the conversation around mental health and well-being. In this conversation, I loved learning about not only her shining a light on artist's mental well-being, but also the journey she's gone on with her own mental health.
