Avoid Amazon but don't overshop if you shop secondhard, reduce screentime but also stay informed. We’re constantly told what to do, what’s right, what’s wrong, what you should do more of or less of. While we do constantly strive to do better by ourselves, by others and by the planet, the hard truth is that it’s impossible to get everything right on the overwhelming list of “perfect choices”, so how do we come to terms with what we can do?   Did someone say Substack?
