Episode description

Families are faced with so many challenges on how to feed their families and encourage healthy eating or what I like to say “eating to nourish”. It is difficult to meal plan if your child is picky, has food allergies or intolerances, a medical disorder or chooses to eat a vegan diet for example. Maureen Pisanick, a registered and licensed Dietitian joins me to discuss eating with a “choice architecture” so that mealtime is fun, nutritious and encourages and supports autonomy and inclusiveness.
