On today's episode, Kim Hale sits down with Heather Logan of the Bright Start TN Program. Bright Start is "an initiative of TQEE that brings together a statewide network of community partnerships dedicated to accelerating early learning outcomes and closing achievement and opportunity gaps for Tennessee children birth through third grade." Heather gives a lot of insight on the value that Bright Start brings to families in the Appalachian Highlands region.
