This week, we’re talking all about decision-making. And when it comes time to make a decision, people often look to others for advice, and people LOVE to give their advice. But unfortunately, advice from external sources can often be broad, sweeping, blanket terms based on the things THEY value in life (which can be out of alignment for YOU).

Our Embracing YOU series is all about putting the standard operating procedures of different aspects of life under the microscope and we’re excited to explore decision making, your internal compass, and how we work through the big, hairy decisions in our lives.
