What's so good about feeling bad?

Isaiah 45:3 teaches us about treasures that can be found in the darkness. While a painful experience does not feel good, the resulting awareness or lesson learned from the pain is good. All of life can be a classroom where we  learn from even the difficult trials of life. Let's consider ways to befriend our problems, instead of resisting them, so we can find the treasures of the dark place.
