Every crisis narrative strengthens the call for a savior, such as the Golden Man known as Abraxas – a god-like savior bringing peace and plenty to a crippled empire. Dr. Heldore foretold the arrival of Abraxas as the strong leader who would be vilified as a punisher but would shine a bright light on the dark corners of humanity.
