Yeah, when it comes down to it, it was like, the reason I do those rituals and the way that I do is because I've learned that imagery signs, symbols, sounds, and events that are being portrayed in the videos that I use and I and I supplement, I'm basically telling a narrative story. Yep. Because you're fine the playlist that I that I use and stuff like that, it's because I'm showing what I did to quote unquote improperly ascend.
That's why I go by the name improper ascension, because I go by that because I figured out a way to glitch the ascension process, if you want to call it such, by developing my on Redmond routine. Essentially, I've been living the same day for thirty three years.
So eternal groundhol day pretty much willingly. Willingly dude.
That's the reason is I have this interesting concept that if you build something, it will stay until you continue building it, and no great work is finished until you give up. Nothing has ever completed, it's only given up.
And with that notion, I'm basically thinking King, Okay, if the ether exists because back in the day, at least in the States, we used to have on the periodic table, it used to be something called the ether or the ether, right, that was actually an actual element that you could work
with and harmonizing energies and frequencies, right like that. Well, what I've had a thought was, what if I were to do the same thing every single day and constantly build up mana in regards to a certain ritual that takes thirty three years to prepare ongoing.
Okay, so you are reliving the same day over and over again, but ramping it up every cycle pretty.
Much, so that extra charged to it. Because okay, if everything that we think, say or do sends out a signal out into the universe, right, what if you were to make that so fine tuned and so directed that your impact is not like a droplet of water into the ocean, It is the fucking ocean and you do that every day.
I mean they you know, the saying is nothing nothing. That consistency is key. If you want to accomplish something, Consistency is key. Whether that be with musical practice, ritual practice, I don't know. In in in the gym, in the dojo, consistency is key if you want to get good at something. You know, consistency of rituals with your type of experiments, if you will, if you do them every day, and every day you you know, you do a little more.
I mean you could call that progressive overload, even which is such such a basic thing, such a basic function. I love going to the gym, I love doing jiu jitsu, and especially for you know, all our our our Jim Bros and Jim Jim girls.

Yeah, but you know, like progressive overload, every week you do a little more. Every week you lift a little more, you put a little more on the bar, and then by four weeks you're fucking lifting double.
Mm if not triple. If you actually work on proper form, it's all about breathing and proper form. I used to go to the gym for about six hours a day back in the day. I'm not trying to get a marine Corps.
That's too much, man, that's too much. Then you're just then you're just over exerting your body. I mean, I'm I'm I'm more of the and people are gonna gonna hate me for it. More of the Mike Menzer mindset. You know, forty five minutes should be plenty, you know, two sets max. I mean, I used to be one of those guys that you know, just goes and goes and goes and is in the gym for like an hour and a half, two fucking hour. And I I still, you know, do those workouts sometimes with a with a
good body of mine loado bike. But when I work out with him, I'm just like, dude, you're doing too much. You know, you're going from this to that, and now we're doing this, and now we're doing that and all the like, all the same, not even pyramids sets, not even you know, going from heavy and then or you know, going light scanning it up, or starting heavy and scanning it down, like no, four sets of ten everything.
Yeah, that's how you do it. It's a discussion.

Perhaps it's the ultimate endurance test. It's the ultimate I mean, I see regards.
But that's but that's endurance. Then you get into the Then you get into endurance. Then you get into what are they what do they call it again, like more bodybuilding, bodybuilding territory, hypertrophy. Pretty much, but yeah, when it comes down to it, it's like I'm a motivated guy where I was like, I can't really do much as of late because I am as they call it disabled and stuff like that,
mentally and stuff. Because you know, life, life gave me an interesting turn of events, but the events that happened to me forged me to have such an awareness of my environment because I don't know what reality is like this right, I can't see this, but objective reality, which is the cameras, tell me there's a wall back here. But when I turn away as I'm doing now, I don't see a wall here. There's nothing.

I'll start seeing myself in
a hospital. I've literally held out my hand during I had these fuke states like that when it's still happening, these death state or whatever, and my hand was physically touched. But there's no one here. I'm in my room, but I'm having visions that simultaneously I'm in the hospital.
But are you sure you were actually in your room? Because if you, you know, purposefully stop breathing and your your brain, no matter how damaged or wonderful either way it may be, it needs oxygen. It needs that oxygen supply. Yeah, so were you in Were you actually in your room or were you just expecting to still be in your room? And what's the hospital situation? The reality physical reality that
you find yourself in. But because you were expecting to still be in your room, your dream state was actually in the room.
Yeah, it makes me thinks that I'm literally in a cloma right now. Literally, I literally feel like I found to the point where I realized, hey, maybe from that time I did try to shuffle off the murder coil earlier, I should say, and I'll say, in that way, I succeeded, but I did end up in NICEU. I don't know if I even left the hospital. Is what I'm telling you.
That is the level of my mental state. Because if I'm experiencing cognitive distance right now talking to my friend, which is you, and in a dimension called the internet, but I'm in my mind having a coma, you know what I mean, it's something that I don't know.
I mean, coma dreams are a thing I believe just because you're you know, you're in total physical at least physical shutdown out of self preservation.
It's a.
It's a self ancient ancient lizard brain self preservation thing of the of the human body. If there is still brain activity, you know, if you're not literally brain debt, not just you know, like politician or celebrity debt.
Yeah, there's no no thoughts, no thoughts, no neurons firing, no nothing, no data state, no nothing. Yeah.
So if there is still brain activity, you know, if the brain is still functioning on some sort of a wave, you should still have the capacity to dream. I believe, and I do believe that coma dreams are a thing, and you know, who knows, Like, maybe that's something along the same lines of a of a near death experience. Maybe you had something like that.
But what's weird is they've been increasing in frequency and agency, and this is a recent occurrence of mine where I would just be like laying in my bed, it feels like my tongue disappears or a swallowed my tongue, and next thing you know, I'm in this fuke state where I'm experiencing different realities compiled on one another. It's like, you know, you know, like how they had the stained
glass paintings and stuff. How one layers is a whole thing and then on the next layer it's a whole nother thing that's after that, and you layer it on and you can see through that. Imagine seeing that, but it's kind of fragmented, like imagine a stack of pancakes, very good pancakes.

I know me too. I'm missing really less today. So I'm just like, oh, this is terrible because one thing I'm realizing about myself. I don't like silence, I don't like I like noise and I need noise and I need to always be doing something because if I'm not doing something, it's like, man, I'm just wasting a weight
just doing nothing. But what my what my quote unquote spiritual guides or my higher self is trying to tell me, is like I've done so much work, so much energy works, so much lay line work and doing with all these rituals stuff like logan take a break.
I'm like, no, been there, man, been there. It's yeah, but I guess, you know, being being silent, being still sometimes can be a good thing, how unfucking natural it may feel. Yeah, it's just I mean I'm terrible at it. Two though, so you know I'm not the one too. I'm not the one to you know, to teach you know, being silent is you know, it's good for the human spirit. I mean I know it, like intelligently that it silence can be good sometimes, but I fucking suck at it too, bro.
Right a right, But yeah, when it comes down to it, it's just like I am in the state right now where I'm trying to figure out like okay, like and also you know, ask me laugh all the Christians and stuff things that were in the end times. But me, being the occultist that I am, is like, this isn't the end times. It's still gonna be a tomorrow.

Because I believe that art can save the world. Because think about it, what is art? Essentially, it's trying to tell something essentially, like, hey, look at this, just in an abstract way, but do you see the meaning that I laid in there?
