Coming from mountainous Nepal was one of the most passionate and sustainability focused young persons, Sagar Koirala. Sagar wears many hats, alongside his role as the Regional Focus Point -Asia Pacific with the Sendai Children and Youth Group, dedicated to Disaster Risk Reduction initiatives. He has a powerful connection to the environment, having witnessed the degradation of his home village in Nepal whilst at school. Since then, he has consulted as part of UNFCCC, represented his country at COP, and mentored many young people.
