Keith Villa, Ph. D. is a pioneer in the rapidly growing market of non-alcoholic cannabis-infused beers. Dr. Villa is a brewmaster who worked with Molson Coors for over 30 years. There, he founded Blue Moon brewery. After retiring in 2018, Dr. Villa founded CERIA Brewing, which became the state’s first THC-infused, non-alcoholic craft beer. Dr. Villa is also the author of Brewing with Cannabis: Using THC and CBD in Beer.
