Episode description

An Emmy Award-winning broadcaster, Sharon Delaney McCloud is an author, TEDx speaker, and Olympic Torch Bearer. But, most importantly, she's a mom to three. Her daughter, Macie, passed away in 2005 after a courageous battle with cancer. We reflect on Macie's short, but impactful, life and what it's like for a parent to lose a child.

Years after losing Macie, Sharon would be diagnosed with breast cancer. She tells us about her own journey and what it's like to face cancer while keeping your day job.
