Volunteerism is the focus this week as the Great Place honored its volunteers, including naming the 2021 Volunteer of the Year. In all, Fort Hood volunteers accounted for more than 45,000 hours last year ... a value of more than $1.3 million.  Oh, and the Army turns 246 June 14, but doesn't look a day over 200, don't you think?
