This week's episode focuses on the 3Rs Explosive Safety Program, what that means, what people should in situations of munitions, and how people can learn more. The general theme of the episode is the 3Rs themselves: Recognize, Retreat, and Report. Safety is also discussed in the event of a power outage, whether it is scheduled or unscheduled, and what you can do to ensure your safety and others.
