A Day Just for Retirees: Retiree Appreciation Day

The 48th Annual Retiree Appreciation Day will take place Oct. 28 here at Fort Cavazos. Learn all about the upcoming event, what it means, why it happens and what will be taking place in this week's edition of the podcast.   The opening ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. Oct. 28 at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including a golf tournament Oct. 27 at The Courses of Clear Creek, to draft wills with the III Armored Corps Legal Assistance Office from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 28, and a health fair from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 28 at CRDAMC.
