This week's guest is Maria Hatzistefanis, beauty entrepreneur and founder of Rodial. Building up her business from nothing, after being fired from a job in finance, 19 years later, her skincare companies, Rodial, Nip and Fab and Nip and Man are worldwide brands, backed by the likes of Kylie Jenner.
