I'm excited to share this on-air strategy call with you today! I'm working with the talented Ashley McMichael and coaching her through a grant application she's working on for her nonprofit. One of the questions asked about organizational sustainability. We talk through several ways she can demonstrate a solid sustainability plan for her nonprofit.
Ashley also shares why she started a nonprofit, how she relates to clients, and the ways she's stepping up to lead by example.
