Episode description

Welcome to GracePoint Church! Our purpose is to connect real people to the real God, and we believe studying the Bible is one of the best ways to do that. This spring, we are studying through the first four chapters of Romans. In this next sermon in the series, we are examining the dangerous unintended consequences of religious legalism. Many people intuitively think that striving to be a religiously moral person is a good way to earn God’s favor. But according to Romans 2:17-29, religious legalism not only fails to cure our spiritual disease, but in many ways makes it even worse. We hope the Lord speaks to you through His Word as you listen!
