Episode description
Genesis 11:27-12:9
What does “blessing” mean?
Read Gen 12:1-3 and then read Psalm 103:1-5 and list out the qualities of a blessed life.
What does it mean when Mike said the life principle: "when I chose to live outside of God’s will, I chose to live outside of God’s blessing?"
What kind of past did Abram need to break from (Genesis 12:1)? Why was it important to break ties from his family of origin? Can you think of things from your family of origin that keep you from living the full blessed life?

•Saturday night (April 17): "When to Walk Away" would be for all those who need to break from something or someone in their past.
•Sunday, April 18: Sunday morning and evening: we will focus on adding 1 word to our marriage. If we add this one word, what kind of impact would it have on our marriage? The Word is CHERISH.
How is Abram called to live a life of faith? (Gen 12:1; Hebrews 11:8)? How have you been challenged to walk by faith in your walk with Jesus?
What is the mission we are called to as blessed people? (Answer: we are blessed to be a blessing). What does being a person who brings blessings to others look like?
How far is the blessing suppose to go? (Gen 18:18; 22:18; 28:14; Psalm 22:27; 86:9; Matthew 24:14; 28:19; Revelation 7:9-10)
What does blessing sharing or telling people about the blessing of following Jesus look like for you?
