Episode description

Welcome to episode #100 of Grace Moments! Thank you to everyone who has tuned in and supported it thus far. Cheers to many more! When life is relatively easy, thanks can be a fairly obvious response. When God's gifts come in the form of answered prayers and favorable outcomes, we can quickly sum up the gratitude due to Him for working on our behalf. But when life gets hard and what comes from God's hand appears ugly and undesirable - when results aren't what we hoped they'd be, and pain is wreaking havoc on our life - thanks isn't often our natural response. It feels abnormal to bless God in the face of great trials and suffering. But the Bible's command and the science's data show us that gratitude is the way through shattered things. That God often gives some of His most precious gifts through the broken way and the more we learn to see and believe this for ourselves, the more we are able to walk into challenges with hope. Today's episode shows us some ways in which we can get better and practicing thanks in all circumstances and thus, fulfill God's will for our lives.  Visit and subscribe to my blog at: www.graceopens.blogspot.com Twitter: @opentograce2015 Instagram: @opentogracealaska Parler: @Opentogracealaska MeWe: Katherine Singer
