The Insidious Enemy: Procrastination

Do you sometimes find it hard to make a choice buying something when at a grocery store, that you end up not buying at all?  Sometimes we hold off doing something or acting on something because we want to make the right choice.  This kind of indecision is called “decision paralysis” and often it plays an important factor in why people procrastinate. 

The saying “Do not put off for tomorrow what you can do today” does make a lot of sense and can be our battle cry against procrastination. In this episode, Nikki shares another goldmine to overcome procrastination in order to avoid regrets in life.
