Having overcome the Amalekite attack through God's deliverance, and some wise leadership decisions, in chapter 18 we see that Moses was not getting everything right. Some wise counsel from His Father-in-law will point Moses back to his calling. What we find here is not just some tips for better leadership but a call to place our trust in Christ the good shepherd.
