Getting a security clearance is a tough process and one that can be derailed by a number of issues. In 2016, for example, financial issues were the biggest cause of clearance denial, resulting in more than double the amount of denials than any other adjudicative criteria. So, what should security clearance seekers mind while they’re going through the process?
