Last week, House minority leader Kevin McCarthy unveiled a four part commitment to America plan, with the hop that it will explain to voters why they should vote republican in the up coming midterm election. The plan showcases what republicans feel should be prioritized and could potentially have an impact on federal employees if the republicans win the house.
