Women in leadership often face hurdles that Men do not. Depending on their intersectional identities, such as age and race leaders can face stereotypes in the work place as they try to manage. The book "Beyond leaning in" tackles these issues in a slightly different way. Told as a novel, the book leans on research, lived experience and narratives to explore the ways Women navigate organizational structures across identities.
