A 2021 Year in Review

To paraphrase an old cliché, 2021 came in with a bang and is going out with a whimper. The 19th month of the coronavirus restrictions saw the Omicron variant rampaging through the U.S., nearly a year after vaccines became available for Americans. Against this backdrop, federal employees had to transition between presidential administrations and continue government operations mostly remotely. It was an eventful year.
