Using stoic principles and some major themes from various schools of philosophy, Jeremiah breaks down the quest for truth and meaning into three categories.

• Taking personal responsibility to evaluate truths
• Using moral wisdom or ethics to try, think, and grow forward despite a lack of objectively "right" systems
• Understanding lived logic by living well and feeling happiness
