On this episode of Good Pop, the crew checks out the new(ish) romantic comedy film A Nice Indian Boy, starring Karan Soni as Naveen, a doctor who brings his fiance Jay, a white guy adopted by Indian parents played by Jonathan Groff, home to meet his accepting but still conservative traditional Indian family. On paper this film has all the right pieces for a classic romcom, but is it able to bring all those pieces together to reach good pop status?
