Ep. 221 - Anything's possible in the AL Central

Hey Sox fans, welcome back to Good Guys Talk Back. Our Chicago White Sox had a (5-1) homestand against the Cleveland Guardians and Kansas City Royals. The Sox capped off their first sweep of the season by beating the Royals, 5-2, on Sunday. The Sox bullpen has been virtually unhittable as of late. Joe Kelly has been absolutely dominant. The starting staff as come around as well and Michael Kopech's outing this past Friday against the Royals was a masterpiece. 8 innings, 10 strikeouts, 1 hit, 0 walks. The Sox lived by the home run earlier in the week but got away from it and survived with some production with runners in scoring position, getting big hits from Jake Burger and Romy Gonzalez over the weekend. Sox (19-29) are 6.5 games in the AL Central and try to keep their winning ways going as they start a series in Cleveland then head to Detroit. Go Sox. #WhiteSox #ChicagoWhiteSox #MLB
