Ep. 213 - Goodbye Leury, Hello 2023 season

Hey Sox fans, welcome back to Good Guys Talk Back. The legend, Leury Garcia, did not make the Opening Day roster for the first time since he came to the Sox from the Rangers back in the summer of 2013. So who's in and who's out? Hanser Alberto, Gavin Sheets, Seby Zavala and Romy Gonzalez seem to be the guys off the bench. Gregory Santos might be the surprise arm in the bullpen after Nick Avila and Bryan Shaw were denied spots. The Sox have just two more Spring Training games before a day off, then Opening Day in Houston. There is not a lot of national attention for the White Sox to reclaim the AL Central title but Nick and Pat make their case for why the Sox will be better than projected. Predictions are made about season totals and individual performances. Also, Nick previews the new food at the ballpark as the 2023 season is just days away.
