Ep. 194 - Pedro Grifol to the Rescue

Hey Sox fans! The Chicago White Sox made it official and hired Pedro Grifol as the new manager. Grifol spent many years in the Kansas City Royals organization in a variety of roles but has never held the job as MLB manager... until now. It sounds like Rick Hahn finally got his opportunity to hire a manager and is ready to to take the White Sox in a different direction. Aside from Ethan Katz and Curt Hasler, there will be a brand new coaching staff on the South Side. Grifol said all the right things during his press conference but can het get the players to buy into his philosophy? Defense, fundamentals, accountability and communication will be some of the pillars of White Sox baseball in 2023. With the World Series wrapped up, free agency is underway. When will we have a sense of the new direction the White Sox are heading in? Will Jose Abreu be included in the Pedro Grifol era?
