Episode 28 - Taste and See

In season 4 we are going to look at a variety of topics from the Bible. In this first series of episodes we will look at 1 Peter 2 where Peter uses the expression "newborn babes" to describe our Christian life. When a person repents and turns to God receiving Him as their Lord and Savior the Bible tells us that we are born of God (John 1:12-13)! God is now our Father and we are His real children (1 John 3:1). What a blessing. As children of God we need to daily feed on the word of God tasting it as the spiritual milk(Psalm 119:103; Hebrews 6:4) that will enable us to grow.
