"Don't Take Your Spirit from Me!"

In Psalm 51:11, David pleads with God, “Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.” Old Testament prayers like this seem to indicate a person can lose the Holy Spirit. That’s why a listener recently asked if a believer could have, lose, and then regain the Holy Spirit.
