Episode description

*Episode Trigger Warning: This episode features a conversation around the accident Logan had which resulted in his arm being amputated*

Aleen chats with Logan Aldridge, Peloton's first adaptive training coach. To kick it off, Logan tells Aleen all about his upbringing and love for extreme sports. He then shares the story behind losing his left arm as a teenager and how he was determined to not let his disability define him. Logan tells Aleen what that scary experience was like, how it shaped him, and how it ultimately changed his outlook on life for the better. Logan then dives into sharing his love of adaptive fitness and how he’s made it his life’s mission to make fitness more *inclusive* for people of all physical abilities. Next, Aleen asks Logan about how he ended up at Peloton and he shares what it’s been like to impact millions of people through his training. The conversation wraps up by getting the story behind Logan being a 2X (impressive) Guinness World Record holder.
