Episode description

The Official World Golf Ranking has ruled against LIV Golf's appeal for players to receive ranking points in their events. Ron Green Jr. broke the story for the Global Golf Post so he joins Damon and Eamon to discuss why the OWGR came to this decision and where it all goes from here. On the PGA TOUR, Lexi Thompson will be the the first woman to have a tour start since Brittany Lincicome in 2018 when she tees it up at the Shriners Children's Open. The guys discuss what this achievement could mean for the women's game and the 11-time LPGA TOUR winner's legacy. John Cook won the Shriners back in 1992, so he joins us for a past champs chat about his legendary PGA TOUR career and the special moments he had playing the Las Vegas-based event. Korn Ferry Tour graduate Joe Highsmith will start his PGA TOUR journey next season after securing TOUR membership this past weekend at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship! The former Pepperdine standout stops by to discuss his goals for his rookie season. Ron Green Jr (1:30) Joe Highsmith (26:30) Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
